Bishopp PR on working on the returning series of Coastguards: Search and Rescue SOS, which airs from September 24th at 9pm. The third series gives exclusive access to the Maritime and Coastguard Agency and the exceptional people keeping UK waters safe.
The programme follows coastguard teams across the UK – from dramatic search-and-rescue helicopter missions over the North Sea to high-stakes criminal maritime investigations on the South Coast. It also takes viewers inside mayday coordination centres, where staff handle life-or-death emergencies, and aboard vessels undergoing tense inspections that can lead to detentions or prosecutions.
Across the series, audiences witness the breadth of the MCA’s work, revealing the challenges and responsibilities of protecting lives and enforcing maritime law on our shores and beyond.
