Tour de Fred

Returning to ITV on 10 January, Tour de Fred sees Fred Sirieix back in the saddle for a new five-part journey through Ireland’s Ancient East. Cycling from Waterford to West Cork, Fred meets local characters, uncovers regional history, savours standout food and hospitality, and takes on stretches of coastline and countryside that are as breathtaking as they are challenging.

This new chapter builds on the success of the first series, continuing to weave together travel, culture, scenery and personal adventure - all delivered with Fred’s signature warmth, curiosity and humour.
