Tour de Fred

Returning to ITV on 10 January, Tour de Fred saw Fred Sirieix back in the saddle for a new five-part journey through Ireland’s Ancient East. Cycling from Waterford to West Cork, Fred met local characters, uncovered regional history, savoured standout food and hospitality, and took on stretches of coastline and countryside that were as breathtaking as they were challenging.

This new chapter built on the success of the first series, continuing to weave together travel, culture, scenery and personal adventure. All delivered with Fred’s signature warmth, curiosity and humour.

We were pleased to support the launch of the series, which invited viewers to join Fred on an uplifting exploration of place, people and the pleasures of the open road.
